Carl supports JCTM as a Senior Strategy and Business Development Consultant within the Executive and Administrative Division and is based in Swansboro, NC.

After a 27-year career in the U.S. Marine Corps as a intelligence officer and strategist, Carl founded Lagrange Point Solutions, LLC to consult and advise clients on defense intelligence, special operations, and strategy design/development topics. He enjoys being “part of the team” in assisting clients to achieve optimal outcomes in complex environments. He supports JCTM’s client engagement, business development, and strategy efforts.

He is active in his community and a member of TF-7294, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping, healing, and building lifelong communities for defense intelligence professionals who served within the 7,294 days between September 11^th, 2001 and the last military service member’s withdrawal from Afghanistan on August 31^st, 2021. He is also the Chair of the Joint Advanced Warfighting School Foundation & Alumni Association Exploratory Committee.

Carl is an avid sci-fi reader, enthusiastic (amateur) dingy sailor, and enjoys pursuing his passion of spending time with his family on the waters of coastal NC.
