Steven Smith supports JCTM in Human Resources and is dedicated to helping the people that make up this company. Steven was a reconnaissance Marine for 12 years including a tour as combatant dive instructor in Panama City, FL where he left Active Duty to continue supporting the Navy and Air Force as a government employee for over 10 years before joining JCTM.

Steven specializes in hiring, onboarding, benefit management and conflict resolution for all JCTMers while overseeing compliance through the development and implementation of a wide array of company policies.

Steven and his family love outdoor activities such as hiking and boating along with a passion for fitness ranging from gymnastics and yoga to weightlifting and martial arts.
