Jerry Supports JCTM as a Facilitator and Group Facilitation Trainer for the TS&S Division.

Retiring from the United States Marine Corps after 30 years of Active Duty Service with his final assignment being the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Director of Marine Corps Intelligence, Jerry is passionate about people and improving their interpersonal communication. During his time in uniform, he established and lead multiple groups that brought people together to address complex problems and raise comradery and morale.

Jerry found facilitation skills so valuable while in uniform and hopes to share group facilitation skills with leaders at every level to make meetings and working groups more productive while building teams that truly collaborate. As the primary marketer and salesman of JCTM’s Facilitation for the Government and Military Flagship Course and EPIC Facilitation, the private sector version of the training, Jerry shows his passion for sharing these skills through constant engagement of people. He is passionate about bringing these valuable skills back to the leaders in the public sector that need them to assist in solving problems, gaining consensus, and making decisions.

Jerry enjoys being involved in his community through the Marine Corps League, VFW, and other community service. He is dedicated to his Detroit Lions and other Michigan sports teams.

Jerry is married and is the proud father to two boys.
